Terms of Service

By using the services provided by OZON INTERNATIONAL LLP (registered in United Kingdom under company number OC431762, hereinafter "we", "us") you agree to these terms of service.

Services & payments

Payments are processed via Whop, our payment service provider. Prices are in EUR. Refunds are subject to case-by-case evaluation in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Intellectual property

Commissioned work is transferred to the client upon full payment. Branding and visual identity assets of Ozon and its sub-brands (HorizonX, OriginX) remain our property.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
